BODYBALANCE: Build flexibility, strength and inner calm with this Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout
BODYCOMBAT: The 45min martial arts workout. including karate, boxing, taekwondo and Muay Thai.
BODYPUMP: Gain strength and lean muscle, the barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body.
BODYSTEP: Using movements on and around the step this class delivers huge motivation & a great cardio workout.
RPM: Push yourself and ride to the rhythm of powerful music. RPM® is the indoor cycling workout.
CBX: Core and Butt eXtreme is a 30/60-minute class using squats, planks, lunges to tighten the core butt and thighs.
CIRCUIT: A 45-minute mix of strength and cardio exercises to increase fitness and strength.
VITA-FIT: 4 Step routines, 4 Pump routines and 4 Balance routines to deliver a total body workout. 1 Hr 15mins
BIG T-SHIRT: 15mins Aerobics, 15mins Step and 15mins of Pump, 15minsAbs/Stretch
RPM (30): 30-minute spin class
CT30 (Cross Training Circuit): 30 minutes of High Intensity Cross Training Circuit to deliver a total body workout
YOGA: 3 completely different Yoga sessions to balance, stretch and strengthen
Please note that members have to book all RPM classes via the Gym Master App which can be downloaded via the Google Play and Apple Store. Please contact the reception desk at 07 376 9557 if you encounter any problems.
To access the GYM MASTER PORTAL and make a RPM bike booking, you will need to ensure the following:
We have your current email address loaded on your profile.
Your membership is still ‘Active’. If you have passed your minimum term date you will
need to renew to use the online booking service.
If you have booked your bike and find yourself unable to attend, you will NEED to go into
the Gym Master App and Cancel/unbook your bike via your GYMMASTER – Member
Portal APP so the bike is available to others who may be on the waitlist.
You will need to Cancel/Unbook your bike from your GYM MASTER APP 1⁄2 an hour
before class starts in an emergency, or out of courtesy in a timely fashion.

Visitors/Casuals: Check in at Reception with our Gym Instructors 15mins before the class of your choice to book a bike.
Bike maintenance – Please let reception know if there’s a problem with your bike.
If you are not on your bike 5minutes before start time, your bike will be given away.
General Guidelines and Reminders for Gym Users
Clean down the equipment after use with spray and paper towels provided.
Swearing is not appropriate.
Put your weights away when you have finished with them.
Get off equipment in between sets – please don’t sit on equipment.
Wear shoes and appropriate clothing, please cover crop tops.

No Children permitted in the gym.
Report any maintenance to front desk.
