Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Les Mills BODYSTEP®. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, BODYSTEP® is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
Les Mills BODYSTEP® combines basic stepping with the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair. It also incorporate athletic moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.
