Ideal for anyone and everyone, Les Mills BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that will improve your mind, body and life, leaving you feeling centered and calm.
During BODYBALANCE®, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
With controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, you'll build strength and flexibility as you create a holistic workout, bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Each BODYBALANCE® 55 minute class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation to fully relax and unwind.
You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and most importantly, happy.
