Empower Fitness Vita Fit
Vita-Fit is a 1hr 15mins class that consists of 4 Step routines, 4 Pump routines and 4 Balance. This class is a perfect blend of cardio, weights, core exercises and stretches, delivering a total body workout.
The class starts with basic stepping on, over and around the step, providing a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
We will put our steps away after 4 tracks and pick up bar weights and free weights for exercises that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body.
End the class with some core and back exercises, twists and stretches that will leave you feeling centered, calm and balanced.
