SONIA

Sonia is a huge asset to Empower Fitness. Like many of our staff, Sonia started as a member before working as a Gym Instructor but has since taken on a Sales Consultant role as well as helping out with administration - talk about a "Jack of all trades"

We love her bubbly nature and her knack for "taking the Mickey" without offending anyone.

Sonia also loves Group Fitness and training in general.
