A little about me ... I gained my Personal Training Diploma from New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness.

I've always had a deep passion for helping others and this is what motivates me to help you. I used to have low confidence and self esteem which gave me a burning desire to change myself both physically and mentally. Through my own journey and seeing the positive changes within myself drives me to want to help others achieve the same.
