Our 6 Week Summer Shape Up program is designed to get YOU results. Here's a quick breakdown of how you can get the most out of the program.

  • Follow the recipes outlined in the book along with the recommendations from your trainer

  • Train at least 5 x 30-45min sessions per week

  • Include a combination of strength and cardio

  • Our Platinum Functional HIIT classes (HitFIT/BoxFIT/OCRFIT/Cardio, Core, Butt Express and SPRINT) are ideal for fast results

  • Add regular stretching or recovery sessions (your trainer can help you with this and our BodyBalance, Yoga and Pilates classes are perfect
