Our 6 Week Summer Shape Up program is designed to get YOU results. Here's a quick breakdown of how you can get the most out of the program.
Follow the recipes outlined in the book along with the recommendations from your trainer
Train at least 5 x 30-45min sessions per week
Include a combination of strength and cardio
Our Platinum Functional HIIT classes (HitFIT/BoxFIT/OCRFIT/Cardio, Core, Butt Express and SPRINT) are ideal for fast results
Add regular stretching or recovery sessions (your trainer can help you with this and our BodyBalance, Yoga and Pilates classes are perfect
