What can you expect if you participate in the 8 Week Rapid Fat Loss Challenge?

 

  • The average weight loss is between 6-10kgs

  • Aim for a minimum of 6 exercise sessions each week so you will get fitter and stronger

  • We encourage a mix of weight training and cardiovascular exercise for best results Give classes a go!

  • The first 2 weeks are the hardest, you will need to change your habits

  • You will need to eat 5-6 small meals high in protein - lean meats, nuts, fish, yogurt, eggs and vegetables
